The surface is either natural split or honed smooth. Brazilian slates are known for their even clefts and are excellent for both floor and wall.

Travertine comes in a huge range of qualities.

Floortique have avoided the cheap and cheerful. The reason being that it is not an expensive matyerial to begin with so why try and save pennies and be disappointed with the results.

We buy only the best and have honed, polished and tumbled tiles to choose from + mosaics in polished, honed and tumbled.

Granite tiles are almost indestructable.
